PLASMA CANVAS Release New Video from KILLERMAJESTIC
Listen and Watch The Music Video For “Flux” Now on SideOneDummy Records’ YouTube Channel
October 28, 2020 – Fort Collins, Colorado – PLASMA CANVAS have released a new music video for “Flux,” the final track on the band’s KILLERMAJESTIC EP released on SideOneDummy Records. The new music video for “Flux“ can be seen exclusively on SideOneDummy Records’ YouTube Channel. The song was produced by Bill Stevenson at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins.
Life as we know it has changed. “Flux” is a visual love letter to the simple act of playing a gig with friends.
“While we wanted to give something sweet and sentimental to our fans, the nostalgia wouldn’t be complete without a little tinge of grief,” says guitarist and vocalist Adrienne Rae Ash, “There’s a certain gravity that builds toward the end of the video when you start to realize that these clips of people smiling and dancing and sweating and singing together are all in the past and we have absolutely none of that right now. It was important to us that we show how incredible and loving and cathartic our shows and crowds can be, but in order to do that, we felt that we needed to pull the rug out from under the viewer and show them what it looks like and how it feels when everyone is gone.”
To create the heartfelt video, PLASMA CANVAS were fortunate enough their friend Aaron Saye step in to direct. Saye is not only a legend himself, he runs the Seventh Circle Music Collective in Denver.
“We filmed the video at Seventh Circle Music Collective, which is a legendary Denver DIY venue,” explains Ash. “It was actually the first venue I ever performed at in Colorado when I moved here with just $60, some clothes and my guitars. Aaron has been one of the most amazing friends I’ve ever had and I trust him with my life. Aaron and I met in Kansas City at an Against Me!/Gaslight Anthem show in 2014. The meeting changed my life. He was the perfect person to help create our sentimental feels-fest of a video.”
The song “Flux” is available for streaming on all digital platforms.
PLASMA CANVAS is
Adrienne Rae Ash – guitars/vocals
Jude McCarron – drums

Swagger 20th Anniversary Limited Edition Box Set
20 years ago, Swagger impacted the punk and rock music worlds as an utterly unique statement from an undeniably incredible group of musicians, who to that point had been honing the songs in increasingly packed bars until all were razor sharp. Swagger would go on to serve as the blueprint for an entire style of modern punk rock, melding classic punk with Celtic roots and instrumentation.
Dave King, frontman for Flogging Molly, had the following to share about the upcoming reissue:
“Never in our wildest dreams did we ever imagine that 20 years on, we would be celebrating the release of our first studio album, Swagger. Yet here we are, a little older, maybe none the wiser, but very grateful for what has been an amazing experience.
More than 20 years ago we set sail for Chicago, the home of Electrical Audio and the wonderful Steve Albini. With a fistful of songs, from ‘Salty Dog’ to ‘Far Away Boys’, we plugged in and belted out everything we had and made sure that no song was left behind. Little did we know that Swagger would become the breaking ground, and the sound, of Flogging Molly.
So, we would like to thank you all for the last 20 years of wonderful memories,
and hopefully many more to come.”
From our family to yours,
Dave King / Flogging Molly

August 20, 2020 – Paris, France – Pærish has signed to SideOneDummy Records. The indie, alternative rock band has released their new music video for “Fixed It All“, which can be seen exclusively on BrooklynVegan today. The song was produced and mixed by Will Yip. Watch it now HERE.
“Fixed it All” is the first song off our new forthcoming album that we recorded in the US with Will Yip,” says guitarist and vocalist Mathias Court. “It’s a song that sums up the album in that it’s a much darker, heavier than what we’ve made in the past both sonically and lyrically. It’s about the depression I felt losing one of my best friends and questioning the decisions in my life.”
The song will be available for streaming on all digital platforms on Friday, August 21, 2020 HERE.
Pærish – Fixed It All
The members of Pærish met at film school in Paris, and adopted the name based on the awkward, skinny kid character Alan Parrish in Jumanji (starring Robin Williams, not The Rock). Their collective primary passion in life for music eventually led the members to focus on writing songs over scripts and concentrate on performing on concert stages as opposed to working on movie sets. Their collective love for film can be found in song titles and lyrics. It’s this marriage of film and music that resonates with listeners. Pærish songs provide the soundtrack to love, loss and trying to make sense of the world around them.
Pærish has supported bands in Europe like Silversun Pickups, Movements and Moose Blood. They also opened for Sum 41 during their European arena tour.
