Give us 1-2 days for your order to process and ship (not including weekends or pre-orders). Once your order is packaged and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Then the mailperson will bring it to you and you'll wear it or listen to it or whatever you want. It's your world and we're just living in it!

Why is international shipping so expensive?

International shipping is just really expensive these days. USPS has increased their prices and there’s really no way around it. What you pay for international shipping (minus a tiny shipping & handling fee) is what it costs us to ship to wherever you are. We make no profit whatsoever on shipping. If the rate you're being given seems extra super crazy email us at orders@sideonedummy.com and we'll look into it

I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order/I just moved. How do I correct/update my address?

Just send us an email at orders@sideonedummy with your order # and updated info and we'll handle the rest

This promo code isn't working. Why are you doing this to me?

Fun Facts About Promo Codes:
1. They don't work if there is a space before or after the code
2. If you entered it incorrectly the first time, you may have to refresh the page to get it to work now.
3. Promo codes don't apply to pre-orders or items that are already on sale.
4. That code may not be valid anymore. Or maybe we just messed up. It happens. We're only human! Please email us at orders@sideonedummy.com and stop yelling!

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from SideOneDummy Records.

Pre-order items

If you wish to cancel a pre-order item or an item that has not yet shipped, please email orders@sideonedummy.com.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items or items that have not-yet-shipped can be refunded.
